This Billing Policy explains how payments are processed when you place an order with Breakingz Apparel Co. (“Breakingz”, “we”, “us”, “our”). By completing a purchase on our website, you agree to these Billing Terms in addition to our Terms of Service, Shipping Policy, and Return & Refund Policy.

All charges on your statement will appear under our business name or under our payment processor’s descriptor.
2. Accepted Payment Methods
We currently process all payments securely through PayPal.
At checkout, you can:

Pay with a major credit or debit card (for example, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) via PayPal, even if you do not have a PayPal account.
We do not accept cash, checks, bank transfers, or any other payment methods outside of those displayed on our checkout page.

You will be charged at the time you place your order, once your payment is authorized by PayPal.

If the payment is declined or flagged by our payment processor, your order may be delayed or automatically cancelled.
We do not ship or start production on made-to-order items until full payment has been successfully received.

If you are purchasing from outside the United States, your bank or card provider may convert the charge into your local currency and may apply additional conversion or international transaction fees. These fees are set by your bank, not by Breakingz.

5. Price Accuracy & Errors
We do our best to ensure that all prices and product details shown on our website are accurate. However:

If we discover a clear pricing error on a product you ordered, we reserve the right to cancel the order or contact you to confirm whether you wish to proceed at the correct price.

If your order is cancelled due to a pricing error and you have already been charged, we will issue a full refund for that order.
